6. Payment Processing – Stripe + Xero

Yes, there are fees, but using Stripe gives clients flexibility while ensuring you get paid on time. I manage finances through Xero for reporting and compliance.

7. Free & Creative Tools

  • CapCut: Edit Facebook Lives or long trainings into reels.

  • Unsplash / Pixabay: Free stock images (though Canva now covers most of this).

  • Google Analytics: Understand where website visitors are dropping off so you can improve conversion.


Money Mindset: The Hidden Key to Success

Many new business owners hesitate when they see $20 or $50 subscriptions. But here’s the truth:
